Can’t Wait Wednesday – UNDERCOVER BROMANCE by Lyssa Kay Adams
“Waiting On” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Breaking the Spine, which encourages fellow bloggers to spotlight upcoming releases that we’re excited about. It is a meme that I have loved participating in for over a year now, but as Jill is no longer actively posting, from now on I’ll be linking to Can’t Wait Wednesday, hosted by Tressa at Wishful Endings, which is a spinoff of the original WoW meme.

My selection for this week is UNDERCOVER BROMANCE by Lyssa Kay Adams. I absolutely loved The Bromance Book Club when I read it but had no idea at the time that it was actually going to be a series. When I heard about Undercover Bromance and saw that great cover, I think I actually squealed, haha!

From Goodreads:
Braden Mack thinks reading romance novels makes him an expert in love, but he’ll soon discover that real life is better than fiction.
Liv Papandreas has a dream job as a sous chef at Nashville’s hottest restaurant. Too bad the celebrity chef owner is less than charming behind kitchen doors. After she catches him harassing a young hostess, she confronts him and gets fired. Liv vows revenge, but she’ll need assistance to take on the powerful chef.
Unfortunately, that means turning to Braden Mack. When Liv’s blackballed from the restaurant scene, the charismatic nightclub entrepreneur offers to help expose her ex-boss, but she is suspicious of his motives. He’ll need to call in reinforcements: the Bromance Book Club.
Inspired by the romantic suspense novel they’re reading, the book club assist Liv in setting up a sting operation to take down the chef. But they’re just as eager to help Mack figure out the way to Liv’s heart… even while she’s determined to squelch the sparks between them before she gets burned.

Thank you for reminding me I needed to add this one to my TRB! I loved all the banter between the men in the first book, and Mack was by the far the funniest of all the bromance guys!

Thanks, I hope so too. 🙂
Ohhhh it’s going to be a series! I have book one on my Kindle after seeing so many readers fall in love with it and planned on reading it over Christmas. I love these covers too, romance is killing it with the covers this year. So bright and eye catching and easier to read, rather than trying to hide the romance covers with half naked men on them 🤣
