Top Ten Tuesday – My Ten Favorite Reads from 2022
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Top Ten Tuesday has been one of my favorite memes ever since I started blogging, so huge thanks to Jana for taking over the hosting duties!
This week’s TTT topic is Favorite Books of 2022. The hardest part about this topic is narrowing down to just ten favorites. Well, I see six books I adored on this list. Carrie Soto was such a wonderful surprise for me, and Finlay continues to horrify and amuse me. Jimenez and Center are two who will forever be in my tops. Their books are perfection for me
Same here. I actually just ordered another of Center’s backlist books, Get Lucky, because I couldn’t resist reading everything she has written.
I love this list! I have so many of these still on my TBR, so I’m glad to hear they were hits for you!

I have The Bodyguard on my list this week as well. I probably could have added Book Lovers, but I was trying to keep the list under control. LOL!

I’ve only read Gallant on this list and I really enjoyed it! I have quite a few others here on my TBR and I’m hoping to read them this year, especially The Book Eaters, Part of Your World and Lessons in Chemistry. I hope you have an awesome 2023!

Book Lovers is on my list too, such a great and beautiful read! Also, my goal is to finally read a Taylor Jenkins Reed and VE Schwab book this year, I really hope it finally happens! Hope your 2023 is full of new favorites!

I’ve seen BOOK LOVERS on quite a few lists today. 😀 I chose DAISY DARKER for Book of the Month and, unfortunately, I didn’t get to it. Hopefully, I can get to it this year. I’m glad you loved all of these so much!

I agree it’s so hard to narrow down the list of favorites! I limited myself to the eight books of 2022, but if I’d gone up to ten Daisy Darker and Carrie Soto would’ve made it to the list too.
It really was hard to just pick 10. I’m really hoping 2023 will be just as great a reading year. 🙂
I still haven’t read Lessons in Chemistry but I think I have to, everyone always rates it so highly! Part of Your World and Book Lovers were two 5 star reads for me this year too.

Daisy Darker was my favorite read last year. I loved that book. Also loved The Book Eaters and Gallant as well.
I really need to read more from Alice Feeney. I’ve loved everything I’ve read from her so far.
I’ve only read Finlay Donovan Knocks ‘Em Dead–which I really enjoyed. I’m so glad it made your list! I hope to read a few others on your list. Especially know that I know you loved them! Thank you for sharing and may 2023 be a great reading year for you!
