Top 10 Tuesday – My Most Anticipated Books Releasing During the Second Half of 2023
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Top Ten Tuesday has been one of my favorite memes ever since I started blogging, so huge thanks to Jana for taking over the hosting duties!
This week’s TTT topic is My Most Anticipated Books Releasing During the Second Half of 2023. The hardest part about this topic is trying to narrow down to just ten books that I’m excited about. These were the ten that first popped into my head but there are so many others that I’m also very excited to read in the second half of the year.

I just finished an arc of Hello Stranger and thought it was fantastic!
I am eager to see how Ferguson will follow up her last release, and I want to read Summer of Songbirds too. Hope they are all great for you
I’m really excited for Summer of Songbirds. Love the summer camp nostalgic vibe the synopsis is giving me. 🙂
A lot of these are actually new to me! The Harvey book looks perfect for summer!
I’m really excited for that one and agree it feels perfect for summer!
So many of these would be on my list (Center, Jewell, Feeney, Hoffman). I just got the Woodson book.
There are so many great books coming out the second half of the year!

Astrid’s book was so good!
I still need to read Shades of Magic lol But I love that cover for The Fragile Threads of Power. I also want to read Lucy Score’s books. Happy reading!
I’ve really been enjoying Lucy Score’s books. The first two in that series are some of my favorite reads from the year so far.
I’m curious about The Invisible Hour.

I hope they’re all great reads for you!
I’m really looking forward to reading the new Katherine Center novel, though I did forget to put it on my TTT list this week!

I’m so behind on Lisa Jewell’s books, and Feeney is an author I want to try

I’m really excited for that one. I’ve been enjoying that series so much.
I also cannot wait for Good Bad Girl, The Fragile Threads of Power and None of this is True. Also cannot wait for A twisted Love by Samantha Downing and Holly by Stephen King. 😀
I just read a really good review for Samantha Downing’s book and was going to ask if you were going to put that one on your Thriller Thursday list. 🙂
Hello Stranger sounds and looks like so much fun. Happy reading! My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/mid-year-book-freak-out-tag-2023/

I can’t wait!
Great choices, Suzanne. I have seven of these on my TBR. I hope we both enjoy them.
Thanks, I hope so too!
My daughter is so excited about the upcoming VE Schwab book. I told her she needs to hurry up and read the second and third books. She’s holding them hostage from me because she wants to read them first. I am looking forward to Alice Hoffman’s The Invisible Hour too. So much to look forward to! And all those books that came before I want to read that I haven’t managed to get to.
I’m so excited for The Fragile Threads of Power, Things We Left Behind and The Fake Mate too!
