Top Ten Tuesday – Top Ten Books I’ve Read So Far This Year
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Top Ten Tuesday has been one of my favorite memes ever since I started blogging, so huge thanks to Jana for taking over the hosting duties!
This week’s TTT topic is a Freebie so I thought it would be fun to, since we’re at the end of the first quarter of 2022, to share my top ten favorite reads so far this year. I’ll link them to either my reviews here if I reviewed them on the blog or to Goodreads if it was an amazing book that I had no words for or an older book since I’m mainly just reviewing ARCs on the blog these days.

I’ve heard good things about Britt-Marie was here.
It’s so good, especially if you enjoy quirky main characters.
Great list! Of these, I’ve read One Night on the Island (loved it!) and With Love from London (liked it a lot). I just got my copy of The Unsinkable Greta James so hopefully will make it around to that one soon as well!
I hope you love Greta James!
I’m really looking forward to One Night on the Island and The Wedding Veil!
I hope you enjoy them both!
I gifted my sister in law It Ends With Us for her birthday! I’m going to check out your other books in the top 10 and might add some of them to my TBR!
Have a great week 🙂
If you do, I hope you enjoy them. 🙂
This is a great idea for a freebie post! And I’m excited to see Gallant on the list, I need to read it😁
I hope you enjoy it! Addie Larue is still my favorite from her but Gallant is a close second. 🙂
I haven’t read any of these books…yet. But it’s a great list! 🙂
Thanks!
I’ve read 3 of them with plans to read more.
I hope you enjoy all of the ones you read. 🙂
I’m looking forward to The Book of Cold Cases. Must put myself on the waiting list at the library.
I hope you love it!
Love this post! It’s always nice to see what books other bloggers are enjoying. Gallant is on my TBR, and so is Mr Wrong Number.
I hope those are both great reads for you!
I thought about doing this today but decided to hold off until there was another topic I wasn’t “feeling” and do it then, LOL. So many pretty covers glad you enjoyed these.
Thank you!
The only one I’ve read was Britt-Marie and I really liked it! I haven’t heard of any of the other books on your list but I like Schwab so I am going to check out Gallant.
I hope you enjoy it!
Looks like you’ve found some good ones so far! I’ve read THE BOOK OF COLD CASES, which definitely kept me turning pages. St. James is good at that.
Happy TTT!

She really is!
I read six of these, all excellent, with Greta James, Island, and London being top favorites.
I still can’t get over how good that trio of books is. Pretty sure they’re going to make my favorites list for the whole year.
I really need to make time to read some of V.E. Schwab’s work! Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.. Thank you!
I definitely recommend her books. I’ve loved them all so far.
I just finished The Book of Cold Cases last week and loved it as well. I’ve also read both CoHo books and Mr. Wrong Number. I’m so happy you found all of these books!
Thank you!
Love seeing two by Colleen Hoover on your list. 🙂 One Night on the Island really made an impact on me… even better than I was expecting.
Same here. All of Silver’s books seem to be like that for me.
The Book of Cold case is on my TBR! I already bought the audiobook!
I hope you love it!
I’m currently reading Gallant, but I’m not very far through as I’ve been very busy with work!
I hope it’s a great read for you. Addie is still my favorite but Gallant is a close second.
I have one night on the island on my want to read list but I can’t request it at the library as my hold list is full, haha! I need to wait until a few more books come in so I can pick them up and have space to request more books!
I really liked the Fredrik Backman book Anxious people so I want to read more from him – that one you shared looks like a good one! 🙂
I see two of my favorite CoHo’s here! And, you’ve got several others that are on my shelf coming up. Love that you’ve tagged them as favorites.
CoHo is my new obsession! I’ve only read three of hers so far but loved those so much that all of the rest are now on my TBR. 🙂
