Top Ten Tuesday – I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Ice Cream
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Top Ten Tuesday has been one of my favorite memes ever since I started blogging, so huge thanks to Jana for taking over the hosting duties!
This week’s TTT topic is Books that Make Me Hungry (They could have food items on the cover, foods in the title, be about foodies or have food as a main plot point… they could be cookbooks or memoirs, etc.). Even though my son has gone back to school, it is technically still summer. Temps are still hovering the 90s and ice cream has been on my mind so I thought it be fun to share some covers that feature ice cream on them.

I love how colorful and bright all of these covers are 😍The theme also has me singing that new ‘ice cream’ song by blackpink and selena gomez 😂 Great list!
What a wonderful idea this is — and I think the different varieties on The Unlikelies won my tastebuds over 😊
So cute! These covers make me feel so happy!
Thanks!
This is the best, Suzanne! Such a cute bunch of covers and now I’m craving ice cream😁
Thank you! 🙂
I love that you focused on ice cream! LOVE! I’ve only read the two Morgan Matson books and I loved them!
Thanks!
Love & Gelato is a great pick.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
Thanks!
You can’t go wrong with Ice cream! Love your take on the topic.

Thanks!
Well, now I’m craving ice cream. Ha!
My post .
Haha! 🙂
I have not read any of these. My favourite ice cream flavour is salted caramel though!
Mmm, that sounds delicious right about now.
Ice cream! I agree that these covers are bright and happy. I guess that’s how ice cream makes us all feel! And now I want some … for breakfast 🙂
Happy TTT!

Ice cream for breakfast sounds perfect to me!
I was just saying the other day how I wanted to get some ice cream. It’s a been a few months. I read six of these with Love & Gelato and Stay Sweet being favorites. I always wanted to read the Katie Finn books, because Matson’s books are always fun and I am assuming her alter ego would write fun books too.
I haven’t had any ice cream recently either. I think I need to do something about that, lol.
Gotta love ice cream! And these covers, they’re all so fun and summery. I really want to read Love and Gelato, it sounds adorable 🙂
Love & Gelato is a really cute read. I had a a lot of fun with it.
I know of Since you´ve gone and Evanovich, but the rest is new to me. Superfudge – yummy!
Love & Gelato has shown up on several TTT lists today. I need to read it now! My favorite classic ice cream flavor is chocolate chip, but for seasonal flavors I love strawberry-rhubarb, peach, and pumpkin.
Oh, this just made me feel better💜
Gosh, there really a lot of YA books involving ice cream, aren’t there? I can also think of one NA one — Co-Wrecker by Meghan Quinn. Great topic!
Thanks!
I can’t believe you found so many with ice cream on the cover! That’s awesome. 🙂 I remember loving Superfudge (and all of Blume’s books) as a kid.
I loved the Fudge series so much. I couldn’t wait until my son was old enough to read them so that I could share them with him.
