Top Ten Tuesday – Unread Books on My Shelves I Want to Read Soon
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Top Ten Tuesday has been one of my favorite memes ever since I started blogging, so huge thanks to Jana for taking over the hosting duties!
This week’s TTT topic is Unread Books on My Shelves I Want to Read Soon (Bonus points if you tell us how long it’s been sitting on your shelf waiting for you.). Well, let’s be real. In an ideal world, I want to read all of the unread books on my shelves soon. The ten I’m sharing today are a mix of fairly recent additions (2-6 months) and long-time shelf dwellers (2 years or more). Most of these are also books from series that I’ve started and really want to finish soon. I have Hopeless on audio and it’s the final book in that series so I imagine I’ll read that one first but we’ll see.

Housemaid’s Secret and Inheritance were both 5 Star reads for me, so those are the two I recommend you read soon. Enjoy them all and good luck getting to them soon, Suzanne.
I’ve heard good things about Heartstopper.
Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.
I keep hearing good things about Francesca’s story, so I’d probably read When He Was Wicked. Enjoy, this looks like a fun selection😁
I’ve really been enjoying the Bridgerton series and have only one book from the main series left! I also recently added a copy of Done & Dusted to my shelves, so hopefully will get to that soon!
Of your list I’ve only read Heartstopper but I can say that it is totally worth moving up toward the top of your TBR. 🙂 I’ve read all five volumes and enjoyed them so much. The main characters are too precious for words. And the bonus is that they are super fast reads. 🙂
I had a friend recently recommend The Housemaid’s Secret.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
Ruthles vows is amazing <3 the duology is one of my favorites
The only one I’ve read is The Score. I’d like to read The Housemaid’s Secret.
Heartstopper is a great place to start, especially if you want warm & fuzzy feelings in a quick read. Bloodmarked was enjoyable, but I still like Legendborn more.

Murder Road was so good. You definitely need to get to that one. 😀
I have been trying to get to my older To Read books as well. I just finished Upgrade. Loved it and kicking myself for not reading sooner LOL
Done & Dusted really impressed me. I liked it a lot. Kennedy’s series is a good one, too. I had fun with those guys.
I love the Heartstopper books. I’ve read the first three, I highly recommend them – and the series, which is very close to the books.
Ruthless Vows is sooo good. I enjoyed it even more than the first book. I really need to read Legendborn — I’ve heard the duology is amazing!! <3
aimee @ aimee can read
Murder Road is also one I want to read!
I really liked MURDER ROAD. St. James doesn’t write series books, but I’m really hoping this is the first one in a continuing series. Fingers crossed!
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

I’ve only read the Heartstopper series (loved it), The Score (definitely need a re-read soon) and Ruthless Vows (a strong conclusion) but I also want to read/continue the Elsie Silver and Julia Quinn series! Hope you’ll love all of these!
