Top Ten Tuesday – Be My Valentine – My Favorite Book Covers that Feature Hearts

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.  Top Ten Tuesday has been one of my favorite memes ever since I started blogging, so huge thanks to Jana for taking over the hosting duties!

This week’s TTT topic is a Love Freebie in honor of Valentine’s Day so I’ve decided to use the freebie to showcase some of my favorite covers that feature hearts.  I actually ended up with 13 but couldn’t decide which three to cut so I decided to keep them all.

So many gorgeous covers. I love your take on this week’s topic. 🙂 I just picked up Call It What You Want from my shelf a few days ago when I was choosing what to read next. I love Kemmerer’s contemporaries so I’m sure I’ll love it, too.

Oh, This is such a great idea. I never noticed how many books had hearts before, they’re so lovely. I also love your new blog design, it’s been a while since I been here, great to see you again. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead.

I actually read 10 of these, and I see a few favorites – TASoaH, First & Then, Call It What You Want, Broken Beautiful Hearts, The Start of Me and You, This Lullaby, and Hearts Strings and Other Breakable Things. Great list!

Oh gosh, I’m swooning and pretty sure my eyes just turned into those emoji, hearts-in-eyes, er, eyes. (That was babble-worthy and probably borderline nonsensical.) Great topic choice and great picks. I’m a sucker for pretty covers and these are all very sweet. Ah!

You chose some great covers! I’ve actually never seen that Jodi Picoult cover! I have the older style and I like this one a lot more. I always did love the cover for This Lullaby. Simple, but perfect.

I usually don’t like Alice in Wonderland anything so I was very pleasantly surprised when I enjoyed Heartless so much! And I really loved the Anatomical Shape of a Heart as well 😀 You;ve got some good picks here and a lot of contemporaries I still need to try as well…
