Top Ten Tuesday – Top 10 Unique Book Titles

top ten tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is a fun weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.  This week’s topic is Top Ten Unique Book Titles.   I’m thinking of this week’s topic in terms of titles that jumped out at me and made me want to read the book even if it was just to figure out how the title ties into the story.

I love trying to figure out why a book is given its title. It’s like an aha! moment when I figure it out. You put together a great list here, Suzanne! Douglas Adams’ books all have such unique titles, don’t they? Plus Hitchhiker’s is a fun book to match! I need to read Simon and the Homo Sapians Agenda. And Dorothy Must Die just screams, “Read me!”

    Thanks for sharing!

Cozy mysteries have the best titles, don’t they? I love Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, too. I was so sad to see they changed it to Love, Simon for the movie.

    Fun list!

It really is. I think I saw it on almost every list I looked at this week. I can’t wait to read the book and see how the title fits in with the story.

‘Turtles’ made my list, and just yesterday I caved and bought a copy… so we’ll see how that decision fares. 😉

The ‘Witness Protection’ title is really cute, and that’s also a new-to-me book/author. Might be one I have to look into! Oh, and ‘Dorothy’ is a really unique title, too!

Thanks so much for visiting Finding Wonderland.
